It assists us in understanding the synergies that exist within the body and walks you through the intricacies of muscle imbalances. I enjoyed the majority of presentations and picked up several profitable tidbits.

Similar to the lower body program, the website is designed well and the topics were definitely interesting. For the price, included CEU's , and ability to learn from multiple experts in the field, I would recommend this product for anyone interested in the area of muscle strengthening and rehabilitation.
